As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing the User Acquisition strategy for the existing games and future game launches. You will also be managing relationships with agencies and advertising media partners, such as mobile advertising networks and affiliates.
Develop the User Acquisition strategy for existing games and future game launches
Monitor and optimize user acquisition campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPA/CPI) according to profitability goals and analyze the related KPIs
Manage relationships with agencies and advertising media partners, such as mobile advertising networks and affiliates.
Collaborate with the data science and product teams to create robust analytical tools, technology, and processes to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities
Influence the product roadmap to prioritize features that will help increase the effectiveness of UA campaigns.
Planning & executing overall User Acquisition strategy that involves Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing, Apple Search Ads, Incent & Non-Incent Ads –
Managing & optimizing campaigns as per goals – installs, DAU, MAU, retention, revenue, etc.
3+ years of experience in a similar role in Online and / or Mobile performance marketing (experience in gaming is a plus)
Strong passion and knowledge for mobile games
Solid experience with handling ad agencies and networks as suppliers
Good understanding of marketing analytics.
You are self-motivated, proactive, dedicated and organized. You like challenging environments and have perseverance in the face of obstacles
Very good analytical and conceptual skills; a good knowledge of Excel is required
You are a good team player and a strong communicator, with good negotiation skills in an international environment
