You are an experienced game designer, who has a broad background in game design. You have shipped free-to-play social game titles on mobile platforms or the web. Passionate about mobile games, you strive to come up with the new gameplay experiences for your audience that will take gaming on mobile devices to the next level.
Work collaboratively with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features.
Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events and other game content.
Create clear and complete game design documentation for game content and features.
Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and F2P game design through theory and practice.
Solid background as a gamer: Actively playing games from different genres and platforms, also mobile.
Define and tune the economy, including currency and resource progression, faucets and sinks, purchase behaviour drivers, and pricing to improve LTV(Lifetime Value).
You proactively aggregate feedback to support design decisions.
Team player: Ability to communicate, iterate and take design decisions based on data and users feedback in a team.
Experience in Live-Ops and Games-as-a-Service.
You’re skilled at taking data and transforming it into meaningful designs & level designs.
Adjust the economy to support new game features, tests, pricing, etc.
You communicate effectively across different disciplines and have experience managing studio stakeholders.
Remain up to date with game design literature and best practices to continue contributing to the studios level design expertise.
Fluent or Native written and spoken English skills.
Formal training in game design from popular design institute.
